يحق للعميل معاينة وقياس الطلب عند الاستلام، حيث ينتظر المندوب حتى تنتهي من المعاينة.

في حالة رفض الطلب بعد المعاينة، يتم دفع تكلفة الشحن فقط.

بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع حفاظًا على جودة المنتجات.

يمكن الاستبدال فقط في حالة اختلاف المقاس، ويجب إبلاغ المندوب في وقت الاستلام مباشرة.

في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي أو تلف بالمنتج، يتم استبداله دون أي رسوم إضافية.

Customers may inspect and try on the order upon delivery while the courier waits.

If you choose not to receive the order, you will only be charged for shipping fees.

Once the courier leaves, returns are not accepted to maintain product quality.

Exchange is available only for size issues, and must be requested at the time of delivery.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced free of charge.
